How to Place an Order
Placing an order is simple and secure:
- Browse our collection and select your desired items
- Choose your size and color preferences
- Add items to your cart and review your selection
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information
- Select your payment method and complete the purchase
Order Modifications
You can modify your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed for shipping. Contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.
Order Tracking
Track your order easily with your order number and email. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Check your order status anytime in your account dashboard.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, if the order hasn't shipped, you may still request cancellation, but processing may have already begun.

We provide detailed size charts for all our clothing categories:
- Men's clothing: Chest, waist, hip, and inseam measurements
- Women's clothing: Bust, waist, hip, and length measurements
- Footwear: US, UK, and EU size conversions
- Accessories: Detailed dimension specifications
Fit Guide
For the best fit, measure yourself while wearing form-fitting clothing. Use a soft measuring tape and refer to our fit guide for specific measurement instructions for each garment type.
Size Exchange
If your item doesn't fit correctly, we offer free size exchanges within 30 days. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Shipping Options
We offer free shipping.:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days ($5.99)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($12.99)
- Next Day Delivery: 1 business day ($24.99)
- Free shipping on orders over $75
U.S. Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the exclusive nature of our apparel collections, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Store Credit Only
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. No exchanges or cash refunds are provided.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for store credit:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Items must not be marked Final Sale or purchased using discount codes 40% or greater.
- You must receive approval via email before shipping your item back.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale items - Discounted items over 40%
- Gift cards
- Limited "1-100" collection items unless defective
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@inprobrands.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we'll send return instructions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
No Credits for Shipping
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. We do not issue credit or reimbursement for original shipping or return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We'll evaluate the situation and offer store credit or a replacement, depending on availability.
Need a Different Size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for store credit and use the credit to place a new order.

- Store credit is issued as a digital code sent via email.
